The jawRAP cold therapy source is a patented phase change material eliminating the danger of skin damage from traditional Ice Therapies. This has a surface temperature of about 50 degrees, which is ideal for “cold” therapy as opposed to “ice” therapy.

The jawRAP is notice therapy. Many “ice” therapy packets
contain temperature suppressants that result in the “frozen” material being well below the water freezing
temperature of 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
